Henderson Thomas Associates Ltd are committed to protecting your privacy and comply with the GDPR Laws that came into effect from the 25h May 2018. This policy applies to all personal information about visitors to our website, clients and suppliers.


If you choose to sign up to our newsletter, you will need to provide your name and email address. Our newsletters are sent via email and are just to keep you informed of relevant information. It is not used for marketing purposes. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Your details will then be removed from the mailing list.


Contact names, work email addresses, contact numbers (office and mobile where applicable) and office address are kept on file. These details will enable us to provide the client with quotes, RAMS, reports, invoicing and any relevant follow ups. They will help us to fulfil the contact between HTA and the client.

Henderson Thomas Associates Ltd keep personal details on an Approved Supplier / Client List which is stored on an encrypted online storage platform which is only accessible by authorised staff.

We will retain personal information for as long as required for legitimate purposes.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
